Power Distribution Board

This is somewhat embarassing, but we are unable to figure out how to actually put wires into the gates/breakout terminals on the power distribution board. We dont know how to get these terminals open, can anyone let us know please?

The terminals are Wago connectors. This thread (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/showthread.php?t=89745&highlight=wago) has a link to some useful resources. There are also a number of other threads that have useful information along these lines.
