3d content central has the compressor files:
http://www.3dcontentcentral.com/parts/supplier/User-Library/140/185/185/Models/part.aspx?id=184490
Here is the entire first library on the website:

You just have to sign up with an email. Remember to click the box for preventing suppliers from contacting you or else you will get spam.

That appears to be the old Thomas air compressor, and not the new viar compressor.

had to remove some fillets to get it to upload
That appears to be the older Thomas compressor.
Here is something we came up with, it is not entirely accurate and is actually the 95C, but with a few modifications it could be used as the 90C.

You can just make one on your own too. That is what we did it is great practice to learn how to read a drawing with orthographic views. As long as your mounts are good and you get pretty close with the size demesions, a freshmen CAD member should be able to do this. :)
This is true, but for teams who are attempting to win the AutoDesk award, an accurate compressor CAD model is far superrior to the one I myself posted and the one you describe.
