Are ball bearings considered hardware?

I suggest you read the latest team updates, "hardware" is no longer allowed--but fasteners are ( I assume they originally meant fasteners when they specified "hardware", but it was too vague of a term so they changed it)

Ball bearings are not considered hardware but are allowed on the fullup robot. They are not, as squirrel has pointed out, allowed on the minibot as the language was changed in a team update.

There is exactly one allowed bearing for Minibots, and that's the one found in the TETRIX servo pivot packages:

So, ball bearings are "tetrix parts", but not "hardware"...??

Thanks for the link Art

Also the Bronze bearings (bushings) that come in the FIRST Choice Kit (12 of them, I think).
