Minibot Gearmotor How-To?

I saw on Q&A that the gear boxes on the gearmotors for the minibots could be removed... Once you do that you run into a motor shaft with a gear on the end. Any suggestions as to how to get that to fit into the FTC Wheel?:ahh:

That may not be what you want to do. The motor will not drive an FTC wheel directly without some form of transmission. Other wheel designs may work. You have to run some calculations.
