is a battery attached the minibot? or is it all wired?

I clock it at 2.14 seconds, which is pretty fast in relation to other team's minibot times that have been posted on CD. Nice work! My team's is currently a little below 4 seconds. I also wonder if the battery is attached. In the video it appears to be attached to the right side of the minibot but I'm not sure.
Thanks for the comments, the battery is attached to the minibot.
The only problem we've got as you can see in the video, is that we haven't planned any stoping mechanism yet. And one of the minibot's motors was ruined by the fall....
