Minibot after deployment [Archive]

I was wondering if the minibot can exceed the 12" x 12" x 12" area after deployment.
I guess somebody needs to ::rtm:: again. Q&A wouldn't hurt, either.

The following rule has been in the Manual since the encrypted version was released before Kickoff:<G41> MINIBOTS may not exceed a 12” x 12” x 12” volume. Violation: The TOWER on which the MINIBOT is DEPLOYED is disabled. If the MINIBOT is not deployed on a TOWER, then the ALLIANCE’s TOWER upon which the highest RACE SCORE was earned will be discounted. (emphasis mine)

This rule has also been called on by numerous Q&A answers that answered "No" to the same question.
