I hope you plan on putting some Loctite on those screws.

I also notice a slight misalignment of those two sprockets. #25 chain isn't very tolerant of this, You probably should fix that before it gets worse.

Just a 2 stage sprocket reduction off a window motor, not a CVT, those usually look alot fancier.

it would appear that the cone is just a modified window motor adapter.
