PVC/CPVC on the minibot.

The FIRST rulebook says, under section 4.3.14 <R92>:

"The following items are the only permitted materials for use on the MINIBOTS:

... Q. PVC or CPVC pipe"

...Does this mean that PVC/CPVC end fittings/elbows are legal pickings for the minibot as well?

By your rules reference, I can tell that you are not up to the current edition of the rules. They're up to Rev I. The rule currently reads Q. PVC or CPVC pipe and fittings,. As for when that changed, it was probably 3-4 updates ago, IIRC.
