Set Speed

Quick Question
Is there a way to set a maximum speed for all 4 motors on our drivetrain? I was thinking motor set output, but i couldn't understand where to wire it and how to configure it. Do i have to use an encoder to set a maximum speed for the drivetrain?

What do you mean by set a maximum speed? You could just a multiply block and then a .9 to your joystick values.

Maximum speed should be 1 or -1 for any motor. Try seeing if you can wire some kind of boolean value since they are always 1 or 0. That way you will have no movement or maximum speed.
