If the drive team is carrying this device it must be completely unpowered.

<T25> The only equipment that may be brought on to the ARENA is the OPERATOR CONSOLE,
non-powered ANALYST-to-FEEDER signaling devices, reasonable decorative items, and
special clothing and/or equipment required due to a disability. Other items, particularly those
intended to provide a competitive advantage for the TEAM, are prohibited.

If it's going on the robot it of course has to hooked up to the control system etc.

Who says it's going to be going on with the field crew . . . it's got 12V bulbs and it's only the reflector and case from the flashlight.
