I was wondering if there was any way we could run the 24VDC and 12VDC solenoid off a single Breakout in Slot 8 of the cRio

I was wondering if there was any way we could run the 24VDC and 12VDC solenoid off a single Breakout in Slot 8 of the cRio

Unfortunately, there is not. However, you can have a second solenoid breakout/module in slot 7.
