Servo Help needed

We are having issues with our servos. The issue is that it doesn't move at all, and we cannot tell if it is the servo's mechanical problem or a programming error. I'm attaching a screenshot of the program we have.

did you put a jumper where you inserted the servos on the Digital Sidecar?
