Bag and Tag Question: Opening bag, then closing on ship day.

Weather forecasts suggested that school would be closed today, so we bagged our robot last night. Turns out school is open, so we can get another day of work doen.

Can we cut the tag and open the bag, then use another tag this afternoon to close the bag?

We have 4 tags, and will not need them all.

The rules for bag and tag (and the form) do not seem to disallow open & close. As long as you do not touch the robot after 11:59PM tonight you would seem to be adhering to the rules. Just document it appropriately on the form, and don't touch it after 11:59PM tonight.

If you wanted to be completely safe, you could just call FIRST, but I don't see any reason this would be violating the rules.
