loading labview development software

hi. I've loaded the labview 8.6.1 for FRC 2011, but am not seeing the FRC framework. I do not see any of the WPI libraries either. Obviously, I've done something wrong.
Any help would be appreciated.

You just haven't done enough.

The DVD install gets you basic LabVIEW.
The FRC specific stuff comes from the Software Updates (http://usfirst.org/roboticsprograms/frc/content.aspx?id=18758).
