Well done, very entertaining to watch. I also like you operator controls that let the code do some of the work. Hope your minibot is as successful and good luck.

Wow that is impressive looking machine. I love the integration of the FIRST Logo as a feeder indicator and your control panel looks awesome. I do have to ask how hard are your drivers working that they have to have refreshments that close to the controls?
The robot looks great, good luck this season.

an amazing robot with a killer light display...and...there are cup holders on the driverstation
took the words right out of my mouth.
that's about all i can even manage to say, i was awed
I love that your claw is hinged and pops out which is, I believe, what allows you to have your telescoping arm have two and not three stages.
What kind of wheels are those on your rollers? Your claw is beastly. Seems like all you need to do is touch the tube and it is yours.
To do that thing with the water jug, did you put a bunch of weight at the cap of the water jug?

Akash,
Yup, 2 7/8" 30A banebot wheels.
jblay,
It pivots out to get it inside of the sizing box like you said, or we would have needed 3 stages (much simpler with 2).
Maybe... it might have already been broken... ;)

I can't wait to see you guys. I love the single stage arm, such a simple concept yet i am sure it was quite the engineering challenge. also the lights are pretty amazing. 4 days till jersey!
ps. you should play skrillex straight from the robot

 Great job.
Ike- when do we get to see 33.....
Tobot - its fitting to one of the sides. You will see it in action by end of thursday.
Thanks everyone for your votes of confidence, I know there are still far greater machines under wraps, ala 469 from last year..
I am sure we will see some great stuff before its all said and done.

So rediculously awesome! I hope you make it to St. Louis, I want to check this thing out in person. Super clean approach.
The typical questions: any particular reason for 8wd? What motors do you have driving the arm up/down and in/out?

Thanks, definitely one of the cleanest bots I have ever worked on.
Smaller turning circle, more stable, and better traction.
Arm up/down is done by 2 window motors, in/out is done by 1 FP.
