Minibot PVC modification?

We were wondering if it is legal to modify the PVC pipe by cutting it and bending it for the minibot? We think it is, but given the strictness of the minibot rules we just wanted to double check.

Per R92 PVC is part of the allowed raw materials for the Minibot. No where does it say you can not modify these raw materials for your use. So yes. Go for it.
