Hi I mentor the animation team for the Burning Magnetos team 342 (http://www.firstroboticsteam342.org/)and I also own my own mobile apps company. We are donating over 100 free apps to the FRC regionals for teams, family, and friends to use. I'm working with FIRST to get additional features included and improve the apps as the season continues.
We are working to get all of the apps released in the next couple of weeks and have a page dedicated to showing what apps have been release on what platforms here: http://www.reaction-apps.com/content/first-robotics-event-apps-android-and-iphone
Please help get the word out to the teams and regionals so all of our hard volunteer work is put to good use. We really hope that the teams enjoy these.
Please feel free to send us feedback and help us improve your FRC apps.

Awesome, glad to see the Android market catching up/overtaking Apple in the FIRST app sector.

Checked out the current ones, standing by for Seattle, Portland and Atlanta apps :yikes:

iOS apps for Finger Lakes, New Jersey and Alamo Regionals are live as of 9 pm Thursday 3/3. No data updates for them as yet but the apps do look promising!

I just spread the word to my team. Mahalo for doing this! I hope you have all the bugs worked out and features turned on in time for the Hawaii Regional!

Elizabeth, I know your company was doing this as a free service so please don't take this as a complaint, but I don't see any apps for events beyond Week 1. Are more coming or was the project canceled?

Hey Sorry for the late update. we ran into some major problems with Apple and had to nix the project for this year. I'm sorry I didnt post sooner but we have been mad busy. We are going to rework the software a lot and get it up to spec so its ready to go for next year.
