Hey teams,

I was quite surprised that no thread on the 2011 Seattle Regional existed, seeing as there are going to be more than 100 teams competing in the two fields at the regional.

3 days away from the regional and team 115 (the Monta Vista Robotics Team) is extremely excited for the event! After our 6 weeks (plus some extra after ship date) of hard work, we're looking forward to our flight up to Seattle from Cupertino, California to see our hard work hopefully pay off.

We wish good luck to all the teams competing and those who need help at competition are always free to ask us questions at our pits.

Who else on here is going to be attending?

Team 2046 Bear Metal will be there on the Olympic field. We're very excited about the event and can't wait to see the 99 other teams that'll be at the Qwest Event Center.

I was wondering if anyone was going to webcast both/either of the fields? or archive the videos? 360 has done a great job of that in the past but I haven't heard if they were planning to do it again.

Team 3221 will return this year to the Cascade field. We look forward to the competition and seeing all of the amazing engineering achievements of the other teams.

Both events will be webcast and archived by FIRSTWA via their official site, firstwa.org. The actual links will be available later in the week, and will likely also be available on the NASA webcasts page.

It's not working for me, but I did hear from someone at the regional that they are working on it and expect it to be back very soon!
