Tube in possesion

What if a robot knocks a tube from our teams robot claw accidently, or purposely? Is this a penalty or not?

There is this rule:
<G49> ROBOTS may not attempt to POSSESS a GAME PIECE that is being POSSESSED by an opponent ROBOT. Violation: PENALTYSo you can't steal a tube from another ROBOT.

But there is no rule against trying to make an opponent drop a GAME PIECE - provided other rules of ROBOT interaction are observed.

haha we got a penalty at the GSR for doing that to team 1519. It was accidental, but it was a penalty

I'm curious what happens when two robots on opposing alliances pick up the tube at the same time. I realize it is a penalty, but for which alliance?
