How do we ship the robot to nationals? Have we missed the date?
Please Help, urgent.

Since your team pre-registered for Championship, you should have received a FedEx bill of lading at kickoff.
The crate probably should have been shipped directly from the Arizona Regional to St. Louis. It sounds like your robot is in your possession (i.e. from a "bag-and-tag" event). You should contact FIRST at frcteams@usfirst.org to find out how to contact FedEx to ship your robot/crate to St. Louis ASAP.
I hope it all works out...

You haven't missed any shipping date, but you should get it in the mail soon.
You should have received one FedEx Bill of Lading with your KOP.
You will need to crate your bagged robot and take your Bag & Tag lockup form with you to St. Louis.
Details are here (http://www.usfirst.org/roboticsprograms/frc/content.aspx?id=452) under the Transportation section.

Brett,
Begin by reading this document (http://usfirst.org/uploadedFiles/Robotics_Programs/FRC/Game_and_Season__Info/2011_Assets/05%20-%20Robot%20Transportation.pdf). See section 5.8.1 for details on how to contact FIRST if your question is not answered elsewhere.

I figured this is relatively relevant to this thread:
We are competing week 5 (our last event) at a bag and tag event. If we qualify for championship do we ship from the event or from our school after the event?

From what I've seen, bag and tag regionals don't have any way to ship robots...you have to bag it and take it to your school (or work place or whatever) to crate and ship it.

That's going to make week 6 folks so happy.
What i would give to be in that position!:)
Im fairly sure bag and tag events have ways to ship robots. I recall seeing a crate in a few team's pits at NY even though it was bag and tag. The hawaian kids is one that i remember specifically, I recall them having a crate in their pit.

Having a crate doesn't mean there's shipping....330 had their crate at the AZ regional, they hauled it there in a trailer, and I believe they were planning to ship it Monday from Phoenix to LA.

The Kids had to ship their robot from their home base to the regional here in the Mainland. They may have had to pay for it themselves, but they had an option to ship their robot to bag and tag events. We all did.
