Storage and work space

In the last few years our team has worked in donated space (A warehouse) but we have moved into our Permanent work shop. Now after build season, and now our new toy's have come in we have very little space to store thing like old parts, raw materials and hand tools. We have 2 "racks" and 2 large tool boxes that we currently "use" but they take up LOTS of space.

So What does your team do to keep the shop organized and running smoothly?

After calling a while-loading-the-bus audible the night before Peachtree, we went through our two events working out of several plastic bins (both KoP totes and similarly-sized bins we acquired elsewhere). It needs a little refinement--many of the things in our toolbox that we had to empty out weren't dumped into the totes with much planning--but we can take this and improve.
