We don't have a Handbook yet, but I'll get you our bylaws once we revise them somewhat. We stuck to a fairly standard template for our high school with the initial revision.

Here's a list of links to handbooks from 31 different teams: http://raiderrobotix.org/rinos/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=13&Itemid=27
The page hasn't been updated since 2008, so some of the links may be outdated or broken. You can find Team 25's handbook here (http://www.raiderrobotix.org/Handbook07.pdf).

I've got the feeling that the teams that are incorporated as nonprofits tend to use the handbook/bylaws differently than an ordinary school-based club or team.
For a nonprofit, following (or not following) the bylaws may have legal or financial implications; for others, the stakes are perhaps lower.
What situation is your team in, and what kind of framework are you looking for?

When you are a non-profit, a not for profit, or have a 501c3 status, your bylaws and team handbook are two different things. Your bylaws would be what you as a team have to abide by as a team that's has the above status. Your handbook would be rules, like school rules that apply to the team and the students.

Our handbook can be found here: http://bedfordexpress.org/files/documents/2011-Bedford-Express-Handbook-Ver-2.pdf
We made ours by looking at several other teams and asking around for help and then modifying it, so if you have any questions, we'd love to help! You can PM me if you need any help! Good luck! I'll also email you the link so you have it on both here and your email!
