The Pontiac Police Department changed their uniform colors to orange and black, and the jail was downsized due to budget cuts. This is the current jail system and Guard #47, along with a young prisoner who was caught playing hooky. His excuse? "The robot needed programming."

Its a trackcell worth 8 points. It doesn't make much sense because the supercell is easier to score and worth more points which is why the GDC got rid of it in one of the early updates in 09.
