Where can I download the cRIO imaging tool?

I think it comes in the FRC Utilities Update (http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/2262), as well as the LabVIEW installation DVD where you can install just the FRC Utilities.
The actual cRIO image that the Tool downloads comes in the language updates, e.g., LabVIEW Update (http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/2261) or on FIRSTforge (http://firstforge.wpi.edu/sf/frs/do/listReleases/projects.wpilib/frs.crio_images).
