Ok people of Chiefdelphi. I come to you now with a question. My team is searching for some sort of fantastic way to keep the members up-to-date before, during, and after season. Normally, our main mentor would send out a mass text to all members, but that's good for short term information, and we need something more. We're looking for an online calendar that hits all the things we need, but our googling skills just aren't up to par.

We need an online calendar that is:

Easy to use.
Private to only the people invited into the group.
Able to use sub-calendars. Like a calendar for the programmers, CAD, cheer, etc.
Making events, tasks, appointments, and the like.
Importable into Excel and such.
Customizable (This one is optional, but we'd appreciate it)
Able to send out texts from the calendar when an event comes up. An event happens on the 15th of August. The day before, the calendar sends a text to members in it's database about it.

The last one is also optional, but it would make things tremendously better, and would help things out for our team more than you can think.

Any and all suggestions will be taken into account, and money is (almost) not a hindrance. Please help us out here. We need it.

For those teams that are already using Windchill... (and for those who don't know what that is) Windchill has the capability to schedule meetings and e-mail all invitees about the upcoming meeting. Along with that, you can set an agenda with details about that meeting. I highly recommend this for all teams using PTC's Windchill. And for those who are not using Windchill, check it out!
