With the passing of IRI it is time to start a new season of Fantasy FIRST. Sign up is til Thanksgiving weekend.

This year we are trying something different: Fantasy FIRST teams. From one to three players. You can come up with a team name or claim your own team name to affiliate with yourself (I am going with the X-Cats even though I will be the only X-Cat participating). Please list if you are a lone representative or are affiliated with another participant.
Also please make sure you have the time to devote to 60+ drafts within a one month period while I'm not going to require 60+ lists because I don't even know what weeks the regionals are on but what I will do is if you miss five drafts in a row (that means if you don't make one pick or have sent me a list) you will receive a PM from me. If I don't receive a timely response (24 hours) you are booted from the league!
Information about how the league is run is [url=http://www.chiefdelphi.com/media/papers/2574?here.[/url]
I"ll say it again if you really can't find the time don't bother signing up.

Couple things real quick:
1) Ed's link was supposed to be http://www.chiefdelphi.com/media/papers/2574?
2) The 5 drafts in a row will realistically be about 3 days of drafting. Plan accordingly.

Frenchie, are you flying solo or finding a teammate or two?

We may only have a dozen (or even less) members anyways so maybe drafting won't be so difficukt as in previous years.

Better idea: In a few days, a schedule will appear in this thread. Note the schedule--After the first day, there will be drafts every day. The random lists will be posted in this thread before the draft begins.

You might want to use the forum's subscription feature to subscribe to this thread with notification.

Districts and double regionals both. While I'd like to see them drafted in order of event date, with the possibility of reshuffling always present, it's most likely better to stack the districts and doubles at the end of the drafting season, like where Seattle and Dallas are this year. (Districts are also smaller, faster events, which could tend to open up the possibilities for sliding in extra drafts at the tail end if a draft was missed.) It won't get everything, but it'll cut down on the amount of reshuffling we need to do on this end.

This is the 2-week, 3-day warning that the drafts will begin Nov. 25 as scheduled. If anybody's still interested and hasn't signed up, Nov. 24 would be the last day to do so.

And, if anybody is finding out that this isn't going to work with their schedule, it's usually best to drop before events start running. It gets really "fun" after about the first week of drafts if people start dropping (or getting the boot) then. Remember, if you can't make at least one draft every three days or so (5 drafts), you're given a warning (and missing the draft after that means you're out of the league).

Koko Ed

Can somebody go over how the drafting process works? What happens if we miss a draft?

If you miss a draft you are assigned randomly ranked teams. If you miss five CONSECUTIVE drafts (not five days!) you are given a warning pm with 24 hours to respond. If you miss the draft after that you are booted from the league. If you do respond but show the same behavior again the process will repeat itself. If you do it a third time you are gone without a PM.
You can do what Basel did last year and send a big list with every team you actually want from each draft (which was anywhere from 3 to 15 teams) and live with random selections the rest of the way. Or say you just want random teams selected (what's the fun in that?).

EricH
15-11-2011, 22:29
If you're concerned about missing a draft, submit lists ahead of time to the draft runner(s) for the day.

A quick note on the lists: For any draft runner that uses the program found at http://www.chiefdelphi.com/media/papers/2307 (I use it, but I don't know who else uses it), there is a preferred format that goes something like:

1114 2056 330 1731 2826 191

Oh, and speaking of draft runners...

I'm available at least partially through 12/15 on any day that has 2 drafts. After then, or on certain days during that time, I will not be available, so someone will need to step up (our normal crew has mostly withdrawn from the league for a variety of reasons, leaving Ed, myself, and I think one other runner). The program (above) really makes your life easier for some reason--it takes seconds to set up a given draft, and if everyone has lists in, seconds to run the draft.

Some other notes: See http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/showthread.php?t=88479 for some other tips.

Basel A

I can run drafts as needed, with the exception of 12/23-1/3.

You can do what Basel did last year. . .
Am I really the only one who's ever done this? It seemed the obvious choice. :ahh:

It's just about time to get the waiver process ready to roll.

What is the waiver process? If teams become available after drafts but before Week 1 events, they go to a waiver pool. Highest on the priority list claims them and goes to the bottom. Usually, the waiver pool is cleared once per week, and teams have a minimum of 48 hours in the pool. (If we get really swamped, the frequency can increase.) Another thread will be started about the time drafts begin to handle waiver business

Waiver priority: Veterans start at the bottom, with whoever had the most total points last season at the very bottom (and fewest total points is at the top of the veteran stack); everyone else starts in semi-random order. Due to the advent of teams, a multi-player team's position will be determined by their lowest-scoring veteran (highlighted), should they have one.

B.O.T. (Cody Burd)
Untouchables (Tyler Olds, EricLeifermann)
Frenchie (Frenchie461)
Team Awesome. PM to join (Duke461, O'sancheski)
CircuitRunners (ghostmachine360, Wing, & james7132)
Nemesis (Dr Theta)
ProgramLuke (ProgramLuke)
Looking for teammates. PM to join (JackN)
Shoelace (Basel A, nikeairmancurry)
Dodar (Dodar)
191 X-Cats (Koko Ed)
Flippin' the Greatest (Chris is me, Akash, XaulZan11)
Falcon (EricH)

Now, I'm not looking forwards to managing both the waiver and the scoring. (The fellas that were running those last year are not competing this year.) So, if someone were to want to step up a bit for one or the other, I can point them in the direction of who to talk to, or what was used.

P.S. Basel, I sent in lists with every single team from every single draft; Barry did something similar. They weren't in one file, though. (Artifact of my secret list making machine, it doesn't do one file for all the lists very well.)

Who should we PM lists to?

EricH
21-11-2011, 21:59
Who should we PM lists to?
PM the lists to whoever is running the drafts that day. 90% of the time, that will be Koko Ed or myself.

Draft runners, it is advisable to contact Ed or myself to see if there are lists for a given draft.

I have a couple things I want to say.

First, Basel, I forgot that one of the players a couple years back sent a link to a spreadsheet to the draft runners. I don't remember if he ranked every team or just the ones he wanted--I think it was the latter.

Second, and a little bit more important:

When the drafts come out starting on Friday, some of them may look like "Magnolia Regional Tier #1" and "Magnolia Regional Tier #2". This is because on occasion, there aren't enough teams for everyone to get 3. So, we split the drafting pool randomly into two tiers, everyone gets 3 teams, everyone's happy. The next time that happens, say the Redwood Regional, the tiers change. They have no bearing on performance; we just number them to keep them separate.

Is Chief Delphi being down for this weekend for maintenance going to affect the drafts at all?
I don't know.

However, it will at worst force us to double/triple up drafts later on, probably the week of the 5th; at best, no disruption. I've posted in the announcement thread asking for a more specific time so we can reschedule if needed ahead of time instead of after disruption. (I also posted the typical draft-night schedule in that thread.)

Cody:

PM the lists to whoever is running the drafts that day. 90% of the time, that will be Koko Ed or myself.

Draft runners, it is advisable to contact Ed or myself to see if there are lists for a given draft.

So, if you know that you will not be present for a draft, (I believe, but PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong) you should PM your drafts in advance to usually either EricH or Koko Ed.

Cody:

Precisely.

For example, I know for a fact that on some days I won't be able to draft (or run drafts). I will send my lists for those days in to Ed ahead of time.

You also don't need to give a full list. You can do as many or as few teams as you like. (I do every single team... but I can crank out a list in about 20 minutes with some help from Excel. Basel listed a few he wanted and took chances with the randoms after that.) Or, if you really don't know anything about the event/haven't had time to learn, declare random for the draft. (This should only be used in emergency situations, though.)

Hallry

You will tell us in advance who will be running the draft, correct?

A quick note on the lists: For any draft runner that uses the program found at http://www.chiefdelphi.com/media/papers/2307

The program (above) really makes your life easier for some reason--it takes seconds to set up a given draft, and if everyone has lists in, seconds to run the draft.

Also, EricH, can you explain what the program above is/how it works? The computer I use 95% of the time is a school-issued laptop, so we cannot install outside programs. Is it necessary for drafting?

EricH
23-11-2011, 19:10
You will tell us in advance who will be running the draft, correct? Yes. Whoever posts the draft is running the draft. Up through 12/16, it'll be either Ed or myself on double-draft nights; Ed on single-draft nights unless otherwise noted.

Also, EricH, can you explain what the program above is/how it works? The computer I use 95% of the time is a school-issued laptop, so we cannot install outside programs. Is it necessary for drafting?Yes, I can explain what it is. No, it is not necessary for drafting.

The program is designed to assist whoever is running the draft to run it. Unless you are running a draft (not to be confused with drafting, where you're picking your teams), you won't need it. Now, there will be a few days where there are two drafts and possibly only one available runner. So on those days, I highly recommend that whoever fills in use the program.

A little history on the program in question: Around the time of the 2008-9 drafts, after we'd worked out the kinks with the 2008 season (long story which I can go into later if there's demand), some of us began noticing a lot of double picks (teams being picked twice in the same tier). I decided to do something about it. I coded over a summer and a bit, and tested the system in some of the 2010 drafts. It worked, so I released it to the general Fantasy FIRST public--with a note that the source code was available on request. Not long after that, 2x Elgin Clock winner Vikesrock requested the code. By the time of the 2011 season's drafts, he'd put together a GUI and improved the program. That's the program you see today, and it's been tested through a full season of being used in drafts.

Ah, okay, thanks for clearing both of those up, EricH. Friday's coming up fast; I'm getting excited! ::rtm::

Better idea: In a few days, a schedule will appear in this thread. Note the schedule--After the first day, there will be drafts every day. The random lists will be posted in this thread before the draft begins.

You might want to use the forum's subscription feature to subscribe to this thread with notification.

Duke461, I'm 90% that they will occur on this thread from what I've read, as shown above (hopefully someone such as EricH or Koko Ed will be able to confirm).

EricH
23-11-2011, 23:11
I apologize if this has been answered somewhere, but i didn't see it. Will the drafting tomorrow take place on this thread?
No.

For one thing, "tomorrow" is Thanksgiving, 11/24. Drafting starts on 11/25 (Friday).

For another, Hallry, the post you quoted was in reference to a specific post asking to be notified about drafts. I was emphasizing this thread because it is the announcements/official business thread. The only part of the draft that is posted here is the random list for each draft--but that tells you a) that the draft is on, b) who is running it, and c) that you need to look for the draft threads. Oh, and d), which teams you might get lucky with on the randomizer.

Each draft will have at least one thread, and often two, dedicated to only that draft, with the draft order, times, and available teams.

EricH
23-11-2011, 23:47
This is a rough timeline of what happens in a draft.

AM of draft day: The tiers and random lists are posted. The random lists will be in this thread; the tiers will have their own thread. Tiers are randomly assigned. Sometimes this happens the night before (early) or the afternoon of (late).

7:00 PM, draft day: Drafts are officially open. However, under the rules, as long as everyone ahead of you in the draft has drafted, go right ahead as soon as you find out that your slot is open. Your slot "closes" when the slot behind yours opens up (at the time listed). At that time, you will be assigned a random team if you have not made a pick either in person or via list.

A note on draft order: We run a serpentine pattern, 1-n, n-1, 1-n, with turns changing every 5 minutes, 2 minutes, and 1 minute respectively.

End of Draft: When the last pick is made (or assigned), the trading period is open. Trades may be made with the pool of available teams or with another player (if both players are willing). Up until midnight, dropped teams go to the available teams pool (except for the case of a player dropping out); after that time or if the player dropped out of the league, any dropped teams go to the waiver system.

Between the end of the draft and the week of the event: Trades may be made, teams add or drop the events (waivers are in use to deal with that--see the waiver thread or the SLFF rules), and robots get built.

The week of the event: drafts lock at midnight the night before the event. Any missing teams for a given event at that time are replaced by random teams. It's in your best interest to check that all your teams will be there before the drafts lock!

One other thing: If you make a request for a team, and it isn't enacted in the next tier update, wait one tier update and check again before asking again. Chances are, whoever's running the draft was typing up the next tier update post when you posted the request.

Does the draft order switch for each draft? For the double draft today I'm 5th on the Alamo draft and 6th for the Greater Kansas City draft, so my times on each thread are very close together (1 minute apart for the third pick). Will I be stuck with that for every double draft, or is it random each time?

Not all the teams for each regional are included in the team pool each time. Are some of the teams purposefully left out? If so, why is that?

Small complaint, I've noticed that the same people end up at the top and the same people are coming up at the bottom of the draft. Are you sure it's randomizing correctly?

I agree, I had the first draft position three times in a row (Hatboro-Horsham District Tier 2, Granite State, and Smoky Mountains)

Take it up with these people (http://www.randomizer.org/form.htm) and their randomizer.

Do you use the randomizer for which teams are included in the pool as well, or just for the draft orders (as per the other question above)?

Getting it out early: I will not be available to run the Wednesday draft due to a team meeting so I need someone else to take over for me, please.

I got your back.

Hallry: When I run a draft, I use the program I've mentioned before. It randomizes everything. I did have one issue; I now know what that is, and I already have my fallback plan in place.

Yes, I use the randomizer.

Are we allowed to draft our own team or is there some sort of conflict of interest clause against doing this?

The rule of the draft is draft whoever you want. If that's your own team because it's your own team, that's your choice. Of course, that's assuming that nobody ahead of you in the draft order wants them.

For some weird reason, I have yet to be able to draft 330 except at IRI and Championships...And once it was the randomizer!

I've drafted my own teams at least once every season.

2826 is a great pick, and would have been stealthy until you guys got all popular this year :P

Relocating and updating the remaining schedule. Some of you may have noticed that Utah did not happen on schedule; step up to run drafts if the need is announced and we don't have to shift the schedule. We have limited opportunities to reschedule.

While I'm on the subject, I will be unavailable on the 16th (between Denver and Los Angeles, in the air), and will have unknown availability after then. I know Basel has volunteered to run drafts during a fair portion of that time, but we may need one or two others on standby if we need an extra hand.

A couple of notes:

1) Waivers are ongoing; there are 5 teams currently on waiver and no claims. Take a look and see if you're interested in one of the 5.

2) I won't be available to run drafts on 12/16; after that time, my availability to run drafts will be questionable at best. Step up to fill in, please--otherwise, we'll never get done.

I wil not be available to run a draft on December 22nd as I will most likely be in a plane at that time. So I need someone to step up and do that draft as well.

I may be able to run drafts on days you can't make it, Basel.

As far as moving a draft or two to tomorrow, I can work with that. Probably pull from the district events drafted between 12/22 and 1/3. But can everyone else deal with it?

Edit: Seeing Ed's post, I'd say grab Lenape MAR District (12/26) and/or West Michigan or Niles MI district (12/29 or 12/30) for extra drafts tomorrow.

Unfortunately, my schedule can change on a whim, so I can't really help out with running a draft. However, just a suggestion: if needed, why don't we have drafts where each team would have to send a list in to the runner? Then the runner would just have to get the random draft positions, and go through every teams' list, assigning the corresponding picks to the team that picked them first. After that is over, teams can post on the thread if they want to swap out any picks for ones that are still left in the available pool.

Ed, can we call this official? Also, could you please forward me relevant lists?

Ryan, I wouldn't mind something like that, but I know some (perhaps most) people prefer drafting live. I'd vote for it, but it's not my call.

Sometimes we have had a tier where this happens with one exception. It's usually accidental. The drafting program used to have an autorun portion, but nobody used it at all.

On the updated schedule, I'll take Rutgers for tomorrow. I'll set up tonight so there's extra time, and send Basel lists as soon as I know which of the other two he's taking.

Akash, I'll be using my program, which has a more random randomizer.

By the way, I'm having a little trouble with the Draft Assistant (made sure to download the latest version); it doesn't want to automatically download team lists, though manual team lists work fine. As for everything else, it took a few tries, but I've entirely reacquainted myself with the program and it's working dandily.

Have you read the ReadMe file that came with it? Or do you need something a bit more?

The other thing is that it uses the frclinks event codes. http://frclinks.frclinks.com/ at the bottom of the page.

Quick schedule change--we didn't get around to Detroit last night, so it went to 12/22. I'll be running drafts very sporadically effective today (for tonight's drafts, I'll be between Denver and L.A.), so make sure Basel gets a copy of your lists (ProgramLuke, I already forwarded your current set).

Akash, at some point, random is random (I don't know what's in the program, but given how small it is, I'd bet Ed's utility is closer to random). Besides, we have so few drafts that there are significant differences in average draft place regardless of how well randomised players are. Even if we all used the same randomiser, we wouldn't be much, if at all, closer to similar results "across the board."

So far this Fantasy FIRST season things have been relatively quiet with league members for the most part diligently attending drafts or submitting lists. Like the nice weather in Rochester in December it couldn't last and we have an explosion of Three players who have crossed into the danger zone.
B.O.T. and Team Awesome have missed the last four drafts and Frenchie461 has missed the lasts five and has been sent a warning PM.

If any player does wind up booted from the league, their teams will go to waiver immediately upon the announcement being posted in this thread. (And, due to the resounding chorus () of claims on this week, I will probably process those immediately should a pile of teams land on waivers.)

Frenchie461 has withdrawn from the league.

So what's the process for snagging up his teams?

So what's the process for snagging up his teams?

Exactly what EricH said above:

If any player does wind up booted from the league, their teams will go to waiver immediately upon the announcement being posted in this thread. (And, due to the resounding chorus () of claims on this week, I will probably process those immediately should a pile of teams land on waivers.)

EricH

Exactly what EricH said above:
Yep. Gimme a half hour to clear old teams and load new ones before you start making claims. I'll put a post here when I'm ready.

Hear Ye, Hear Ye!

This week's waiver has been posted!

There are 102 teams on it, three per event that has drafted to date. There are good teams. There are not-so-good teams. There are probably teams that YOU want!

So get your waiver claims in either via PM to me or at http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=98420 by Friday, 12/23, Midnight and get yourself an early Christmas present. Valid claims will include your desired team, the team you will give up to get them if your claim is the one taken on that team, and the priority of the claim in relation to your other claims. Questions can be referred to me, and I will do my best to answer them (Akash, Ed already answered yours in Utah).

If you ask for teams on the draft threads you will not get your request processed. Waiver requests are processed via the waiver thread only!

I can opt to take a claim from the draft thread, or via PM, not just in the thread. HOWEVER! I will ask you what priority that claim is, or treat it as last priority, if I am not told what it is!

Sorry guys, I can't run Lenape tonight. I wish I could've given you all advance notice. But, good news, I can run a draft on Friday so we can move it to then. I can also do Saturday night, so that takes another draft off the "how the heck are we going to get these done" list.

It has come to my attention that Circutrunners have missed the last four drafts. If they do not participate tonight they will be reviving a warning PM afterwards.

EricH
24-12-2011, 14:42
Well, I cleared out all the waiver claims (except for one--Shoelace, check your PMs). So, there are currently 23 teams available, dropped during the mad scramble. Go check them out if you think you're interested. If you run across a tier where Frenchie is still shown as playing in the last post, treat his teams the same as you would pool teams.

Now, should CircuitRunners not respond to the PM: Same drill, just give me some time to get the waivers up!

Shortening and bumping to the last page for quick reference. Also adding in the competition-season drafts (State/Region Championships and the World Championship Divisions). Duke, can you verify availability for the next couple of drafts, or is someone else going to need to step up?

December 30th--One drafter needed (Duke461 possible)
Northeast Utilities FIRST Connecticut Regional
Niles MI FRC Qualifying Event
January 1st--One drafter needed (Duke461 possible)
Dallas East Regional
Dallas West Regional
January 2nd--One drafter needed (Duke461 possible)
Seattle Cascade Regional
Seattle Olympic Regional
January 3rd
Oklahoma Regional
Livonia MI FRC Qualifying Event
January 4th
SBPLI Long Island Regional
Mount Olive MAR FRC Qualifying Event
January 5th--One drafter needed (EricH possible)
Silicon Valley Regional
Troy MI FRC Qualifying Event
January 6th
South Florida Regional
Queen City Regional

Sometime in Competition Week 6/7--Date TBA
MI State Championship

These two events need to be filled before the drafts start; no District events take place after Week 5.

Weekend before Championship
Division Drafts
The only non-random draft orders in the entire schedule--unless the State/Region Championships are done by current standings--and the divisions need to be filled as much as possible before drafts start on those.

I can run on those 3 days. Now, will i be doing both drafts each day, or will there be 1 other person?
EDIT: Nevermind, i know the answer to the above question.

Ed, which drafts will i be doing (besides Niles of course)?

Team Shoelace has missed the last five drafts and will be receiving a warning PM from me tonight. While it's great that they helped out when we needed fills ins for the drafts the rules are the rules and they are still required to attend the drafts. It would not be fair to make an exception for them because they helped out.

There is a new waiver list out, and I've got a really strong hunch there'll be quite a few claims for one particular team on it... in Alamo.

And that's a wrap!

Regular-season drafting is over. 92% of the league survived (one boot, two warnings). So, that brings us to the last six drafts of the season, which will be scheduled as we get closer to the events they represent.

Sometime in Competition Week 6/7--Date TBA
MI State Championship (Week 7)
MAR Region Championship (Week 7)

Weekend before Championship
Division Drafts (Archimedes, Curie, Galileo, Newton)

Some notes before you all start work on your robots:
1) Waivers will remain open until events start. If you see a new team on an event list, put something in the waiver thread or PM me and I'll post it. I will be cycling the waivers tonight; there should be a couple of teams available, but not many.
2) Teams do drop out/change events. While I can go through the list looking for and reporting missing teams, it is ultimately each playing team's responsibility to make sure that they have 3 teams that they want in each event. Missing teams once the event starts are replaced randomly!
3) All team pools remain open for trades until locked. Some may have "waivered" teams that aren't on waivers or the removed player; those teams should be considered to be in the pool (and if someone wants to place them there, I won't object).
4) The team list is posted! http://www.chiefdelphi.com/media/papers/2619

All right, enough notes. Get ready... get set... Hey, wait, the Kickoff broadcast hasn't started yet! Start on time tomorrow, not early!

Cody Burd

would you guys like an excel version of all events with teams, 3 teams and events?

Cody, before you do:

See that nice little link I put in my last post? Yeah, that one.

I have it already posted. If you guys can't read it, I can put another up in the old Excel format (I have Excel 2010, IIRC.)
It's a long job to do, so why do extra work if you don't have to?

And, just to make sure that the link gets posted: http://www.chiefdelphi.com/media/papers/2619

This is a heads-up: We have ONE MORE EVENT! It seems that those pesky multiplying Michigan teams have added another district without informing the rest of us other than the listing in the regional/district page.

The event is the Gull Lake District, with 20 teams registered at this time (9 rookies), Week 1. As this is kind of a sudden change, I would suggest drafting Gull Lake the weekend after ship date to allow more teams to register.

Also, it has come to my attention that 359 has pulled out of Utah (Koko Ed needs to repick).

I will be going through the team lists over the next few days to try to find missing/added teams; I'll try to keep the volume of teams on waiver at any one time down to manageable for everybody. (This may involve shorter waiver periods.)

Speaking of waiver, 3003 is available in Finger Lakes, and that waiver closes Saturday, midnight EST.

Quick note: If I've noted a trade/waiver claim going through in a thread, but you don't see it on the team sheet in CD-Media, don't worry, I just haven't updated that one yet. When I do start updating, I'll post the last update date.

EricH

Some notes from waiver-land:

A bunch of teams have added in to Week 1 events. Full list is in the waiver thread.

I'll be going through the team lists for a while to find adds and missing teams. While I do that, I'll be running a faster waiver cycle, two per week with smaller groups of teams.

Speaking of missing teams... Untouchables are missing 3074 in Granite State, and Koko Ed is missing 359 in Utah (team source says they're out). So far, those are the only teams missing that were picked and haven't been replaced.

I've decided to include opt-out. If you don't want to make waiver claims at all, drop me a PM. You'll still be allowed to make claims if you choose to later (say if you find out that 1114 is showing up or something), but I'll assume that if I don't hear otherwise, I can go right ahead and skip to whoever is the first one on the list to not opt out.

EricH

On my trip down through the lists of attending/missing teams, the following have teams missing:

Koko Ed, 359 (Utah)
B.O.T, 87 (Chesapeake)
1676, 4004 (Traverse City)

Oh, and there's a fresh batch of teams on the waiver, with claims due midnight Saturday.

EricH
02-02-2012, 13:50
Waivers have been processed. Sacramento got a huge influx of teams (probably some of them registered in Central Valley first), and there's quite a few good ones.

The missing teams (surprisingly few):
Chesapeake: 87 (B.O.T)
Utah: 60 (CircuitRunners), 359 (Koko Ed), 3207 (ProgramLuke)

As a reminder, any missing team not replaced by the time drafts lock is replaced by a random team before scoring starts.

EricH
09-02-2012, 13:00
The missing team list is still growing...

Dodar lost 2449 (Arizona) due to that team being picked twice.
Ed is missing 359 (Utah).
B.O.T. is missing 87 (Chesapeake) and 1923 (Virginia)
ProgramLuke has had 3207 (Utah), 4381 (West Michigan), and 3069 (Detroit) disappear.
1676 has lost 3945 (Virginia) and 3398 (Detroit).

Hate to say this, but you are missing 3 teams.

The three teams for the Gull Lake event, which hasn't drafted yet!:D
(Plus any others I pick up during the next couple of waiver sessions.)

FYI: The waivers for this week have been posted. There are some pretty good teams out there this week; take a look. There are also a number of teams that have gone missing. That information is also in the waiver thread.

Gull Lake: This weekend is when that draft should take place. At last count, 36 teams (13 rookies) are listed as attending, with no open capacity. I don't know for sure when the draft will be, however.
