I just checked firstforge and saw that the java version of wpilib has 0 commits.

Anyone know where I can find the source? I need to make a couple fixes for an off season competition

The source code is included with the Netbeans plugins. If you browse to your home directory (C:\Users\<username> in Windows Vista/7), there should be a folder named sunspotfrcsdk. Inside that folder there is a lib folder, that should contain the source code for WPILibJ.

None that I know of. You might ask Brad Miller from WPI, I know he uses the forums on occasion.
