Because you have "FRC" on there, FIRST has several rules, found here (http://www.usfirst.org/uploadedFiles/Robotics_Programs/FRC/FRC_Communications_Resource_Center/Branding_and_Logos/UseofUSFIRSTandLEGOGroupTrademarksandCopyrightedMa terials_FINAL.pdf), that apply. Read carefully and be sure to stay in-bounds.

The important and most applicable part is quoted below for your convenience.

Registered FIRST teams or FIRST participants (i.e., non-profit entities) may use the FIRST and the Joint FIRST and LEGO Trademarks (word marks, not the logos) and the LEGO word marks, and Copyrighted Material to conduct activities related to a FIRST program (e.g., an FRC team teaching
skills to an FLL or Jr.FLL team) as long as they use the revenue to underwrite their cost of participation in FIRST programs and use the Disclaimers. They do not have to obtain advance permission or provide advance notice to FIRST, but as noted, they are not permitted to use the logos.

This means, for example, that an FRC team teaching an FLL camp (or an FTC camp, or an FRC camp) can use the terms FRC and FLL, as long as they comply with the requirements applicable to them in #2 above, and their descriptive and promotional materials say only something like:
“We are the FRC Sidewinders presenting a seminar for kids interested in learning FLL skills.”
They would not be permitted to use any FIRST logo and they would have to use the Disclaimers

Thank you for posting this! I did forget to mention that we changed the shirt up a little to coincide with any trademark issues we would have run into. The shirts for sale will read, "Eat. Sleep. Robotics." Which we didn't see to big that big of a change. Pictures of the design are below.

That might get expensive buy I'd recommend not having any team numbers on the shirts.

And for colors, the basic primary colors, including black, should sit nicely.

That would be an awesome idea! But unfortunately get fairly expensive for everyone.

I will be sure everyone knows when this will be available! If demand is high enough we will push to get this available sooner!
