I am desperate from our principal

Hi,
I am desperate from our principal.
This is my last year in school. In the past 3 year I was mentoring, managing our FLL team. Because this is my last year and I don't want the FLL team to die after I will leave school, I signed our team to a schoolarship (The ministry of education in Israel give schoolarships to schools). We got from the schoolarship the money for 2 FLL teams and a payed mentor.
All what the principal had to do is to find a mentor (teacher from school) and to pay the money to FIRST Israel. She is not doing that therefore we can't have any FLL team. I am worried that after I leave school no one will take the FLL to his hands. The principal is very helping to our FRC team, but as for the FLL it seems that she don't care.
How do you get the administration to help?

Did you explain to her that the way FRC grows is through encouraging and helping FLL teams? People who are not fully involved with FIRST aren't always aware that FLL is how we 'grow' our next generation; that without FLL, FRC would be very difficult. Did Alisha or Yaarit speak with her?
