nice chasis design im a cad member on my team and was looking at teams robots is their anyway u can send me ur chassis in inventor::safety::

Looks pretty good, but consider a different material. You can't bend 6061 with a T6 temper like that without it snapping. Teams usually use 5052 for a design like this, but do some research, it's not the only option.

This design does not actually use bent flanges, hence why 6061 is used. Perhaps I should have made that more clear in the description.

As for the model, I was planning on sending it to Matt over at FRC Designs. Check over there sometime in the next couple of days if you want to look it over.
