The picklist manager is one of my favorite CowScout features. It allows inexperienced teams to create picklists by answering simple "Would you rather play with Team A or Team B?" questions.

FAQ
Do I have to compare a team against every other team in my picklist?
No, CowScout does two things to reduce the number of choices required:

CowScout will automatically make a choice for you if there's a great enough difference in OPR between two teams
The picklist manager uses a binary tree so (in a perfect world) each choice about a team will halve the number of possible questions left

Hope you're all excited about CowScout!

Wow, looks like I won't need to lift a finger to write any scouting software this year. CowScout sounds awesome.

I assume once CowScout generates a list, you can rearrange it by hand? We generally make several subjective changes on Saturday.

I'm really excited for this. I think with the help of CowScout, our team might finally see an overhaul of our scouting process. Can't wait to get my hands on it and play around.

Thanks for the feedback, and yes, you can manually arrange picklists after you finish generating them.

You could work on a way of merging two picklists to find the most compatible compromise, that way at alliance selection 2 teams could pick their third together...

Though the file exchange time would only lend itself to the first few seeds I suppose
