I like using the hotkeys in Inventor, i.e. C to Constrain, M to Measure... But recently Inventor has been ignoring these hotkeys and rather brings up "Command Alias Input" in the lower display bar. Does anybody know what's going on?
You can turn alias input completely off in the general tab of application options.
Tools > Aplication Options > General tab (2012)

Although the picture shows a part file, this is happening in assembly mode as well.

I am currently in Manchester for the Kick Off and will send a reply later today / tomorrow. This may be an OS issue that I have seen with how Inventor reads the keyboard input. Speak with you soon.

The same thing was happening to me for a while with the 2011 build of Inventor. What it seems to mean is that there are multiple inputs with the same letter as you've entered. As in the example in the image, constraining would require you to press "C">"Enter". To change the commands or turn off alias input, go into your Application Options.
