I'm looking to either view or download either the entire kickoff or just Dean's speech. Where can I do that? Thanks in advance.

I was digging around for that as well because I wanted to show some of our school administrators the scope of FIRST Robotics. All I've found is a transcript (http://www.usfirst.org/aboutus/rebound-rumble-robotics-game-unveiled-by-dean-kamen-and-host-of-celebrities) with key excerpts from the big names that were there. It includes a blurb of what Dean said.

FIRST seems to want everyone to use Youtube now, but if you want the game animation it can be found here http://robotics.arc.nasa.gov/events/2012_frcwebcasts.php

Yes, we know, but I guess it helps others to have the reminder. Did you read the original post and my next on after?

They weren't there when i was writing the reply, but i figured it should stay there for others who don't have it.

This looks pretty good, though it's missing a few chapters (including Dean Kamen, at a glance). If you want the big names, they're here.

That's what http://robotics.arc.nasa.gov/events/2012_frcwebcasts.php is linked to, anyway. A dead end if you're looking for Dean.
