Does anyone know if we can have rope lights, like the christmas lights that are in a tube, on the robot? I

You have to consider the following:

Any non-functional decorations included on the Robot must not affect the outcome of the match and must be in the
spirit of Gracious Professionalism.

I'd stay away from strobe lights.

Last year, we used LED strips. Alternatives like cathode tubes are also viable light sources.
