Hand Truck in CAD

Does anyone have a Hand truck or dolly already in drawn up in a CAD program or solid works or in something else? if not would anybody be willing to draw something up for me like that? let me know cuz that would be great.

For some reason, I can only find links to the task, not to actual CAD models from the competition.
