Hello everyone!

We had a problem with our cRIO Imaging Tool and we have updated the FRC CompactRIO Imaging Tool with the Version 2011.11.18.

«Unable to complete operation because of unexpected error: "Error 7 occured at File/Directory Info in NI_InternetTK_FTP_VIs.lvlib:FTP [STOR].vi-"»

from what i remember from the start of the season this has been a known issue with the new installer.

There are details in other forum posts. The key is to disable the wifi and other network interfaces.
