BaneBots CIM-U-LATOR Gearbox Issue

Has any one had the issue of mounting a 775 motor to a gearbox when the motor is tightened down it becomes nearly impossible to turm? We got around this by putting the lock washer outside the gearbox. Is this the correct placement of the washer? Should the washer be on the inside of the CIM-U-LATOR? Thanks in advance, and good luck in Rebound Rumble!

When you tighten one of the cim mounting screws down it might pinch the gear down on the 775. Be careful if you are mounting it to another gear box because that screw can go through to far and into the cim-u-lator box.

It sounds like the screws your using to mount the 775 are too long and hitting the windings of the motor.
