no communication

after reimaging the crio and dowanloading all the updates successfully , we just simply can not get a wireless communication , while it works perfectly when the crio is connected wirely to the computer , we're thinking that it could be a bridge problim so we are about to reset it and reconfigure it all over again , i mean what else could the problime be ??? still we are not sure it's gonna work ,, so if you have any other suggestions we'd be more than delighted to hear them .

Re: no communication

yea if it works wired, then your wireless is off somewhere. I actually put the wireless AP on the robots when we are testing in the lab. Because then you can just have the classmate choose the ap from its internal wireless. It also, gives you a list of robots when you have several robots with APs.

Re: no communication

Make sure the wireless is turned on for your classmate.
Make sure you have connected to DLINK (View wireless connections, connect)
Make sure DLINK is in AP mode
Turn off Windows Firewall
Run Driver Station, make sure your team number is set correctly

in fact when we ran the driver station update at the first time we forgot to turn off windows firewall , we reran it allover again after turning it off , could that be what caused us the communication problem ???
