Okay, I heard a rumor, too. The pneumatics equipment and pressure may be upgraded this year, to possibly 100 psi. And they may be able to create a good vacuum for a sustained period of time, say perhaps 2 minutes. And we may be able to release the vacuum, and maybe eject a projectile.

Last Saturday there was a pneumatics training at SMC pneumatics. They supply all the kits with the pneumatics equipment, and this year there's supposed to be $1000 worth of equipment in the kit. They said that each kit will have an air tank that can be pressurized to 120 psi but a regulator on it to keep it at 60 psi. There will be some vacuum equipment and other goodies and supposedly enough air to last a two minute round if 'used wisley.'

I heard the same rumor from a diferent source. There will be enough capacity for our robots to launch themselves over the barriers on the floor or hover for 12 seconds 6' above the floor.

Okay Mike. Unfortunately, I can't tell if you're just making fun of me, or if you're really serious.
