Yesterday's Update
 

As part of the Team Update yesterday - "The HoopsDrawing GE-12013, Basketball Hoop, has been updated to include Note #3." Referencing the drawings at:

There is no note 3 added.

Am I looking in the wrong place? Anyone know what note 3 is?

I couldn't find the updated drawing either. Would have been nice to have a link to the drawing included in the Update.

Sometimes stuff doesn't get done on time...you might ask on the Q&A, or you might wait a day or two for the revised drawing to be posted

It's there now:

3. Once the stock spring has been replaced, tighten the nut holding the spring in place until the end of the bolt is flush to the outside surface of the nut.
