Has that ever happened before?
And have the carts ever been inspected before?

It's always been that way. Teams just decided to ignore it (it would help if FIRST imposed CONSEQUENCES on teams disobeying the rule).

Actually, I think that was last week's update.

I really don't like them sorting by Administrative/Game Manual instead of by date.

deduct 2 seeding points for each audible infraction. Unless the judge/ref likes the tune? :rolleyes: Or is it a safety issue? No def jam inside the frame perimeter.
