Power Distrubuter malfuntion?

Yesturday, i had the crio hooked up to the power distributer andit was working fine, a second passed and the crio wasn't powered and i noticed that the crio wasn't on anymore. the power distro. board only showed the 5v LED light on.

Its been two days since then. We thought the the problem was the battery, but it is fully charged now and the power distro is still only showing the 5v LED light being on.

We used a voltmeter and discovered that no power is going to the 12 v and 24v ports. We disconnected everything and tried it; nothing is working.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

What is the voltage of your battery?

Can you please confirm that the 5V supply still works, but both the 12V and 24V supplies do not?

The three supplies are mostly independent, and only share a common reverse battery protection circuit. From a schematic view, there isn't a single-fault that affects 12 & 24 but not 5. That leaves us with double-faults, which I as a rule don't believe in, or layout faults, which are almost always swarf related.

Did you get some metal shavings in there? Did you short something externally?

the battery is at 13.6v.
No metal shavings are in it. Its just when I turn it on, only the 5v LED lights up, the 12V and 24V doesn't.

That's kinda high... What is the voltage while the robot is powered up?

We had a battery that caused a similar issue -- two jaguars powered up and the 5v light flickered. I brought out a voltmeter (while the bot was running) and checked the voltage across two WAGO connectors (one ground, one power). It was at about 2.65 volts.
