How to assemble GEM single stage planetary gearbox?

We just found out we want to use this planetary gearbox, but we're having trouble assembling it. The andy mark website shows a picture but its pretty sketchy. There is what looks like a washer on top, but we cant tell how it is secured. Does anyone know??:ahh:
