Where is the documentation?

3 Hours after the kickoff, and no documentation/rules is posted at FIRST's website yet. Does anyone know when this will occur?

What I had originally heard was sometime around noon, but since it's not out yet, it's hard to say...i'll be sure to post once i see it, since i'm watching just about every place it could possibly get posted to right now

AH! But they didn't explicitly say noon on which day... :)
