R24 - Allowed to use parts from last Robot

OK, tell me I'm nuts... Does R24 say we get to use COTs parts off last year's robot as long as they are in good condition and were not modified? I'd swear it wasn't that way last year.

I'd swear that it was. Grim Tuesday beat me to posting the rule. You just didn't have an older robot to scavenge yet...
