Is there a new SmartDashboard?

I am having trouble with SmartDashboard, it is still using the stuff (the different labels and such) from last year and I can't figure out how to change it, in my code it has all of the SmartDashboard lines, the same as I did last year. Can anyone hep me out? It would be very much appreciated! Thank you :D
