Hello, I don't recall the name of a particular item but I can describe it.

It is T-shaped that contains a hidden spring. By pushing a button on top, it releases the spring.

The width of this object is about 1.5 inches.

It works like a screw, keeping things in place, however, it takes much less time to remove than a screw does.
