New UsageReporting header in WPILib?
The new update of WPILib (at least on C++) now includes a UsageReporting header that apparently reports to something (presumably the FRC competition system?) usage information for WPILib? I'm curious as to what they're looking to collect/use the data for, and why it wasn't mentioned in the release notes (that I saw) that they're now collecting this data.

Ok, so the header was already there, but apparently the data wasn't being sent before. Still, I'm curious about it.
