Team 3756 Drive Train Teaser

More of a preview, shows what we are doing with our drive train. Lots of power  This photo is from a few weeks ago.

Thoughts?

What kind of wheels are those, I have seen several robots with them. They look like 6 inch?

Does the elevated wheel in front help to get over the bump and or get on the ramp?

They are 6" pneumatic tires from Mcmaster with some beautiful custom aluminum hubs to cut weight. Unfortunately these are invisible in the picture :(

I think they're McMaster 2717T51 wheels. A number of teams use them, including 330 and 1114.

What sort of drop do you have on the middle ones? And have you tested on carpet?

Those are the ones!
Right now it's a 1/16" drop. We have tested it on carpet, just not with our full weight yet.
