4 Slot cRIO Imaging Issue

We are having an issue with imaging our new 4 slot cRIO. The process seems to be stuck on detecting the DIP switch settings. How do we fix this?

How long did you let it go on the dip settings? it took ours 20 min the first time for that part of the formatting.
